Designation: Senior Brand Manager
Reporting to: General Manager - Marketing
Location: Corporate HQ, Hyderabad
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Senior Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing brand strategies that will help build and strengthen our brand presence. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our brand is consistently represented and resonates with our target audience.
1. Brand Strategy Execution:
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and plans that align with the company's objectives.
- Support the creation of brand positioning, messaging, and identity that differentiates us in the market.
2. Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute brand campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and ensure brand consistency.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to inform brand strategy and optimize campaign performance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand integration in product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver effective brand initiatives.
5. Brand Management:
- Monitor and manage brand health, including tracking key performance indicators and brand perception.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed and that all communications are aligned with the brand's identity.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Prepare reports on brand metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- MBA from reputed B-School
- 4-6 years of experience in brand management or a related role, preferably in Consumer brands
- Knowledge of the IPO process and how brand management fits into the broader context of going public.
- Previous experience in the IPO process within an organization is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and investor messaging.
