Technical Recruiter
- Strategy : Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, prioritizing business needs taking into account the budget available.
- Job descriptions & Adverts : Write clear job descriptions and specifications so we understand exactly what each team member is accountable for and turn that into compelling job adverts that appeal to the best candidates.
- Sourcing : Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, colleges, fairs and other platforms.
- Build hiring funnels for each role : Build a series of steps a candidate needs to go through in order to efficiently assess whether they're a fit for the role.
- Review applications : Critically review applications to determine which candidates should be shortlisted for an interview.
- Conduct initial interviews : Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Co- ordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.
- Reference checks : Contacting employee references to ask for feedback on possible hires.
- On-board new employees : Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Team Work : Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team and work closely with cross functional teams.
