- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and deliver every project on time within budget and scope.
- Manage the relationship with clients, stakeholders, third parties, vendors etc and coordinate between them and internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and track project progress.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks and report and escalate to management as & when needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
