The Role in Detail :
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the firm's mission and values.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to making hiring decisions.
- Onboard new employees, including conducting orientation and ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, provident fund, and time off policies.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and performance improvement plans.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Collaborate with management to support employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
- Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month and distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper).
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
- Conduct exit interviews and process terminations as necessary.
- Assist with the development and implementation of employee training programs.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of HR software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
