Quality Analyst (QA)

Exp 4 to 5 yrs. (Non-voice process)

Shift Night Shift

Responsibilities :

- Candidate should have Excellent Communication skills as he will be coordinating with US Clients day to day.

- Candidate should have 4-5 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in the Non-Voice sector.

- Candidate should have hands-on experience with various Quality Tools (such as RCA, 5WHY Analysis,

CAPA, Fishbone, Error Category and analysis, Quality Metrics, SLAs and KPIs)

- Candidate should have led a pool of QC team members (optional)

- Should have knowledge of the sampling method, and feedback mechanism to coach and mentor

the team members.

- If the candidate is from document verification (e.g.: Insurance documents) is an added advantage.

- Good Tying speed and attention to detail

- Adaptability and Flexibility to business needs

- Should have done Process Improvements for the betterment of the process (for process efficiency)c

- Readiness to work permanently on the night shift.

Qualifications: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation
