Associate Director - HR & General Administration
Summary
Manage & execute Strategic HR functions of Kritilabs in the various sub systems such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention, Training & Development and Career Progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the Organizations overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the various divisions to understand resource needs and develop strategies.
- Conduct ongoing performance assessments of key resources to incorporate course corrections and stay aligned with the roles and deliverables.
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering employee engagement.
- Implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance.
- Identify training and development needs with the objective to enhance knowledge and skills for effective performance of various roles.
- Ensure competitive compensation practices and benefits packages are in place by conducting regular benchmarking studies in line with the market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure that the administration department creates a congenial work environment which is targeted towards positive work culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Masters in Human Resource Management.
- 15+ years' experience in HR management roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to play the role of Business HR which facilitates steering the organisation towards exponential growth.
