KRBL - Manager - Finance & Logistics

We need candidate either a CA or MBA Finance.

Job Description :

- Review of freight invoices of shipping lines, CHA fees, railway freight, and other payment related to export activity & warehouse Invoices for USA business and maintaining MIS to control check to avoid duplication of payment.

- Review of any other Invoices like office expense, employee travel expenses, Media, fumigation, legal expenses etc. for USA & Canada business.

- Frequent updation on the bank account of KRBL LLC and arrangement of funds for meeting out expenses of KRBL LLC.

- Preparing provision of expenses of USA business & sharing with Corporate Finance team.

- Processing payments for all the statutory payments owed by KRBL LLC to IRS, USA. It involves payment of delaware tax, NRAI Tax, Harris county Tax on yearly basis.

- Preparing MIS of freight expense related to shipping lines so as to arrive at actual cost saved in comparison to budgeted cost in international business.

- Handling various export related audits and provide necessary data after due scrutiny to auditors.

- Quarter finalization of books of accounts of KRBL DMCC & LLC and finalization of Balance sheet and P&L Account of KRBL DMCC & LLC in assistance with Accounts department.

- Filing of Tax return of KRBL DMCC & LLC accounts.

- Quarter MIS preparation of KRBL LLC Office and employee expenses vis- a- vis total USA/CANADA sales to secure control measures on cost overruns and onward submission and updation to management.

- Preparing costing of USA exports time to time and its regular updation for information to Management.

- Working on USA Buffer order Shipment and preparation of its SOP.

- Coordination and discussion with USA Team on daily basis in regard to issues related to USA/Canada buyers, warehoused cargo, warehouse and custom service provider etc.

- Discussion and negotiation with rail operators for railway tariffs.

- Close Liaisoning with ministry of commerce and other Government bodies for trade issues.

- Ensuring timely payments from buyers/Distributors and there-after timely issuance of delivery order to distributors.

- As an when requirement of new warehouses arises in USA Individual to arrange and establish contract for warehousing services for KRBL Cargo. Involves in price negotiation and detailed discussion on services to be rendered by warehouses.

- Maintaining record of ECGC Limits for USA & CANADA Buyers and Monthly MIS of Warehouse stock for onward submission to ECGC.

- Monthly MIS covering Brokerage of Shipping Line, Inland Transit cost (Cost Benefit Analysis) and updation to logistics department and management.

- Ensure yearly renewal of warehousing policy & amendment if need in USA from Bank.
