KRBL - Finance Manager/Financial Controller - CA

We need only Qualified CA.

Financial Reporting :

- Responsible for month end, quarter end and year end closing of books of accounts for International business division and foreign subsidiaries.

- Responsible for Trial Balance, General Ledger scrutiny & B/S account reconciliation

- Responsible for addressing Statutory & Internal Auditors issues

- Responsible for publishing monthly financial flash

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Framing accounting policies and ensuring its adherence

Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Compliance :

- Preparation & filing of tax returns for foreign subsidiaries

- Ensuring direct tax & transfer pricing compliances for foreign subsidiaries

- Partner with central tax, transfer pricing team, consultants in addressing any tax or transfer pricing issues in International Division transactions.

Payroll :

- Ensure correct & timely payout of Salary & other reimbursement to employees of International division (based out of country) in co-ordination with HR.

- Ensure correct & timely payout of Incentives to employees of International division (based out of country) in co-ordination with HR.

Supply chain Business Partnering :

- Partner with supply chain in driving cost efficiencies

- Working closely with supply chain team in finalizing supply chain contracts

- Review of all Invoices related to CHA, transport agency etc & approve for submission to shared services team

- MIS on market wise supply chain cost & variance against budgets with variance analysis

- Implementing accounting process for supply chain cost in SAP & ensuring the same is adhered

Business Partner for SAP :

- Partnering with IT/SAP team in creating structure for recording & reporting of transactions in SAP.

- Own & responsible for Cost Centre, G/L structure & chart of accounts for International Division

- Partner with business team & SAP team for any future modification & up gradation in SAP.

- Approving role request for users based on business requirement & SOD matrix

- Reviewing SODs on regular interval & reporting the same.

Internal Control & IFC :

- Implementation of IFC & its regular testing for controls

- Partner with sales, marketing, HR, IT etc to discuss areas of Design Gaps or operating efficiencies gap and suggest measure of compensating controls.

- Track compliance of compensating controls & IFC suggestion of consultants.

- Develop and document business process and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
