Profile Preference -

- At least 8 - 12 Years of experience into handling General Accounting, Financial Reporting and Audits

- Should have worked with organizations having turnover of =>1000 crores

- Listed company experience

Role Responsibilities -

- Closing & Finalizing Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Accounts

- Preparing and maintaining books of accounts and establish and implement policies, procedures and financial reporting standards so that financial transactions are accurately and promptly recorded

- Preparation of standalone financial statements & consolidated financial statements

- Consolidation of Subsidiary Accounts

- Monthly closure of books of accounts

- GL Scrutiny, variance & trend analysis and Customer Ledger

- Budgeting & Comparison with Actuals

- Coordinating with Statutory, Tax & Internal Auditor for conducting audits and ensure to complete the audit in specific timeline.

- Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing Standalone & Consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS & IFRS viz, P&L account, balance sheet and annual reports

- Provisioning of expenses and subsequent actualizing

- Corporate Governance reporting to the compliance officer of the company

- Evaluating internal control systems/procedures(SOPs), preparing reports with a view to highlight shortcomings and implement necessary recommendations

- Coordinating with various unit of the company for Finance and Accounting work

- Preparing various reports, presentations, reconciliations as required by the management

- GST Knowledge
