About the Vacancy

Deal Advisory - M&A Consulting- Real Estate

We advise clients on the most effective approach for challenging real estate situations. Followed by assisting both public and private clients with financial, strategic and geographical decisions backed by strong market intelligence for urban infrastructure and real estate projects to facilitate success. We assist our clients in undertaking Financial Feasibility Assessments, Highest & Best Use studies, Project Development Strategies, Business Planning, Financing Strategies, Asset Monetization / Optimization Strategies, Transaction Advisory for PPP projects, etc.

Skills required:

- MBA or Postgraduate in Engineering / Planning or Equivalent

- Experience required : 3 to 7 years (multiple positions).

- Experience of working on advisory assignments for public sector clients - such as experience of financial feasibility studies and/or bid process management for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

- Have strong analytical skills and good verbal and written communication.

- Good working knowledge of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking). Knowledge of Malayalam (Speaking & Reading) will be an added advantage.
