KPMG - Talent Sourcer - Government & Public Sector Hiring - Contractual
KPMG India's Talent is hiring seasoned professionals to manage sourcing for technology hiring across key government domains.
Exp : 3-7 years
Location: Delhi/Gurugram
Role: Talent Sourcer (Third Party Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of open technical positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting and sourcing.
Education Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Tech Sourcer or in a similar technical recruiting role.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for them.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
