QUALIFICATION: Post-Graduate in MBA / CA
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The person would be responsible for supporting Manager in delivery of assignments including development of analysis, research, development of financial and business models, sector level assessment, primary and secondary research towards development of strategy and due diligence reports.
- The incumbent would have good command over sectoral themes, market play and competing forces in energy and infrastructure sector. Deep appreciation of power, renewable energy, clean technology segments is a must, and additionally understanding of highways, ports and logistics sectors would be added advantage for a candidate. The role involves working with clients and delivering high impact assignments and would involve a steep learning curve and opportunity to grow. Additionally, the role would require:
- Project Execution / Client Servicing
- Prepare presentations, documentation and organize information.
- Set priorities and manage time.
- Deliver assignments in keeping with quality standards and time schedules.
- Research, share information with team members.
- Technical inputs, analysis and provide alternative solutions.
- Keep immediate superior informed of progress.
- Organize logistics of delivery, presentations etc.
- Seek information, understand clients, provide timely responses to and enlist timely responses from clients.
- Support in client pitches, proposals, franchise activities.
- Financial modeling.
- Regular client interface.
THE INDIVIDUAL:

- Ability to grasp and understand the key issues in a case and solve the problems to meet the needs of the clients by using a combination of intuition and analysis.

- Knowledge of regulatory and legal environment.
- Deep understanding of Energy and Infrastructure sectors
- Ability to understand various industries and businesses.
- High level of computer literacy with specific knowledge of spreadsheets and MS-Office - power point in particular.
- Have strong soft skills like; interpersonal skills, team skills, communication skills - both verbal and written
- Have the ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
- Keep updated on technical matters and development in business, profession and the regulatory environment.
- Maintain professional contacts within and outside the organization.
