KPMG - Real Estate Advisory Role

Experience - 3-8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sector.

Location:

- Mumbai, should be open to travel to client site (domestic and international) as and when required.

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Business/Economics - or- Engineering/Architecture/Planning

- Master's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Architecture/Planning, preferably with specialization in Strategy, Finance, Construction Management or Real Estate

- Professional certifications (RICS, etc.) would be an added advantage.

Role Requirements:

- Atleast 6 years of professional experience in real estate sector advisory preferably with reputed international property consultants, NBFC, RE developers or Big 4.

- Demonstrated experience across real estate advisory engagements pertaining to highest & best use assessments, benchmarking studies, business strategy & planning, market entry/growth strategies, commercial due diligence, DPR/ feasibility assessment.

- Working knowledge of financial modeling (DCF, Cost based, Asset Based, etc.) for real estate projects.

- Ability to work independently, work under pressure, manage work under stringent timelines and ad hoc requirements working with multiple teams across locations.

- Strong research, quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written/verbal communications and presentation skills.

- Software Knowledge - Proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel.
