THE INDIVIDUAL

- Should have worked on government implementation projects, specifically smart city projects

- Should have experience of implementation projects specifically with regards to client management, team management and vendor management

- Should have capability and experience in driving greenfield and brownfield implementation projects on an end-to-end basis

- Should have hands-on experience in O&M projects / O&M stage of project implementation

- Participating in and supervising each stage of the project for timely delivery with high quality

- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests

- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information

- Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance

- Should understand the SDLC well and should have experience and exposure to each stage

QUALIFICATION

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience (MUST HAVE)

- Minimum 5 years experience in smart city projects (MUST HAVE)

- High level of proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Gujrati (MUST HAVE)

- Bachelor's/Post Graduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- Diploma / certification in relevant technologies

- Should understand various implementation methodologies, specifically Agile / SCRUM

- Atleast 5+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering team and application project implementations

- Understanding of coding languages, various OLTP, OLAP and NO-SQL databases.

- Efficient communication skills

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Strong project management experience with PM certificate, PMP/Prince2 required (Must Have)

- Experience in leading the atleast 1 technology implementation / development / Support project as a PM

- Experience in implementation of atleast 1 technology implementation project with state/centre government

- Experience in managing / consulting projects in ULB / municipal corporation / health domain will be preferred
