Location: Mumbai

THE INDIVIDUAL

1. Sound Financial Modelling skills

2. Experience of working with government on large infrastructure projects or PPP transactions in a leadership/ delivery role.

3. Experience in managing private sector procurement or implementation for transport sector projects (Highways, Roads, Ports, Airports etc)

4. Experience of working with aviation, ports or logistics clients will be an advantage

5. Proven ability to manage project teams and successful delivery- two client testimonials certifying quality of work and managerial capability

6. Proven ability to work in unstructured environments.

7. Overseas project experience would be an advantage

8. Open to work out of locations in India and overseas

9. Open to extensive travel

10. Excellent writing and communication skills

QUALIFICATION

- Engineering background

- MBA (Finance) from top tier B-schools or CFA

- 9 to 15 yrs. of post qualification experience in Transport Industry

SELECTION PROCESS

- HR round of Interview

- 1 Manager / Associate Director ( Case Study to be administered)

- 1 Director round of interview
