- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in in transport sector, rail, port, logistics needed
- Traffic studies, feasibility, PPP, Transaction Advisory, Financial planning, business planning, Project finance, Policy & Regulatory , market studies etc.
- Candidate should have good understanding of associated areas such as clean energy, energy transition, green finance etc.
- Candidates with past consulting experience, experience working with large corporates and multilateral development organizations preferred.
Role :
- The candidate would need to lead high performing teams in order to deliver engagements with high profile clients including large corporates, public sector undertakings, government departments and multilateral development institutions.
- The candidate should have a good handle of the domestic policy measures and global developments in the sector domain.
- Strong industry connect with the leading technology players would be beneficial including start-ups etc.
- The candidate should have a problem solving mindset and a pragmatic style of working to effectively identify trends in the transport ecosystem and develop effective business models to leverage the opportunities.
- The candidate would be expected to develop KPMG's knowledge base through preparation of thought leaderships, white papers, viewpoints, articles etc.
- Besides project and knowledge development work, the candidate would need to contribute to business development through preparation of proposals, pitch presentations, client meetings etc.
- The client would also need to support internal development of the firm by facilitating activities like recruitment, training and mentoring of new joiners.
