Job Title : Manager/Senior Consultant
Service Line : IGH (Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare)
Qualification : B.Tech (any stream) from a Tier 1 institute, Computer Science preferred and MBA(any specialization) from a Tier 1 institute. IT / Marketing preferred
Technical Skills
- 3-10 years of post MBA experience
- Experience in solution development in advanced analytics areas such as predictive analytics, forecasting
- Breadth of experience (and interest) in varied area highly preferred - AI / ML, IoT, Big Data, Robotic Process Automation
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements, map business and processes, identify gaps in current system and possible solutions
- Hands-on experience in building analytics solutions
- Experience in Oil and Gas, Transportation and Logistics, Power and Utilities preferred
Non - Technical Skills
- Passionate for interacting with client and KPMG business teams to understand their business needs, challenges and existing technology landscape.
- Loves doing research to deep dive into industry vertical / technology area to understand what's state-of-the-art
- Works with a solutioning mindset. Converts business requirements to optimal technology solutions
- Good communication and written skills including PPT, MS Word, MS Excel
- Is keen to explore new technologies and business environment
- Positive attitude to work. Keen to take on challenges.
Role
- Interface with client and internal KPMG teams to understand their business, needs and challenges
- Conceptualize analytics solutions by putting together one or multiple analytics methodologies in a best-fit technology stack with integrations between various components
- Interact with KPMG collaboration ecosystem to understand their capability and identify areas where this capability can help address client needs
- Build small pilot applications for demo purposes
- Client interfacing will be required, including interacting with CXO level stakeholders
