KPMG - Manager/Associate Director - Transport & Mobility Application

- 8-10 years of relevant experience

- Experience in IT and process efficiency in Logistics

- Preparing BRDs, FRS, TRS, Application Development, SAP, Supply Chain software, network optimization in transport & logistics, process work flows in port, logistics, transportation, supply chain processes etc

- Should have good knowledge of IOT, Smart Devices, Smart Cameras, Platforms, Data management, Analytics etc. in T&L sector

- Experience in IT sector with system integrators in application development or deployment in T&L sector in India or global MNCs preferred.

- Candidates with past consulting experience, experience working with large corporates preferred.

Role :

- The candidate would need to lead high performing teams in order to deliver engagements with high profile clients including large corporates, public sector undertakings, government departments and multilateral development institutions.

- Strong industry connect with the leading technology players would be beneficial including start-ups etc.

- The candidate should have a problem solving mindset and a pragmatic style of working to effectively identify trends in the technology ecosystem and develop effective business models to leverage the opportunities.

- The candidate would be expected to develop KPMG's knowledge base through preparation of thought leaderships, white papers, viewpoints, articles etc.

- Besides project and knowledge development work, the candidate would need to contribute to business development through preparation of proposals, pitch presentations, client meetings etc.

- The client would also need to support internal development of the firm by facilitating activities like recruitment, training and mentoring of new joiners.
