Sub Service Line - M&A Consulting (Food & Agri)

Location - Mumbai, Gurgaon and Hyderabad

Deal Advisory - M&A Consulting (Food & Agri)

KPMG India is looking to hire candidates with experience in Food and Agribusiness. Experience in the consulting industry with a focus on Food and Agribusiness will be preferred. The individual will be required to:

- Work with client-facing teams under the guidance of Assoc. Director/ Director

- Deliver programs/projects as per defined timelines

- Deliver strategy & implementation projects in Food & Agriculture sector in the following areas

- Growth strategy

- Market assessment

- Go to Market strategy

- Commercial due diligence

- Working capital improvement

- Profit Improvement

- Participate in the preparation of proposals and commercial bids, points of view / intellectual property for the food & Agri sector

- Participate in client meetings for active collaboration and delivery of services. Be proactive and demonstrate assertiveness in communicating with clients, exhibit excellent communication skills.

- Travel and work on-site with the clients, working in project teams at client locations

We are looking for:

- Management consulting experience of 4-5 years atleast having executed strategy and implementation engagements

- MBA from Tier1/Premier institutes

- Ability to work under pressure and remain composed

- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

- Willingness to build a career in Food & Agri sector

- Comfortable with managing senior stakeholders and working under tight turnaround expectations

What is expected of you:

- CA or MBA from a premier college

- Strong project management skills having managed a team/ project of at least 2 consultants

- Have strong analytical and data interpretation skills

- Strong written and spoken English language skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Should have a strong education pedigree

- Have strong soft skills such as interpersonal skills, team skills, and communication skills - both verbal and written - Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
