Key responsibilities:
- Carry out the HR diligence engagements with minimal supervision
- Enhance the portfolio of present offerings
- Evaluate and manage the risks arising from engagement
- Selection and delivery, keep abreast of labor law amendments and HR leading practices across sectors
- Develop strong network with peers and professionals in the HR field
- Assist clients across the breadth of advisory activities including buy-side/ sell-side assistance, merger/ acquisition/ demerger advisory etc. from the perspective of employee cost, statutory compliances, union issues, organization structure, HR policies and employee benefits.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in HR (full time)
- Relevant Experience: 1-3 years post-MBA
