- Create Digital transformation strategies that enable business strategy, including revenue growth, cost optimization and improving customer engagement
- Define Digital technology transformation landscape/ roadmap, along with interdependencies in collaboration with business stakeholders such as CXOs, Head of Departments, business partners team etc. and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Manage the definition of requirements and create high-level business and technical architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with new or existing systems/platforms
- Understand the impact and limitations of technological aspects and non-technology aspects on business outcomes; ability to see the - bigger picture-, and execute accordingly
- Demonstrate strong business understanding and suggest solutions/ workarounds for various business scenarios
- Understand how do various components of Digital integrate with each other to solve business/ customer challenges
- Govern implementation, user training and roll out of defined digital technology roadmap
- Manage/lead engagements or work-streams in larger engagements, while taking ownership of quality of deliverables
- Should be open to travel up to 80-90% in India and outside
- Primary experience in one of the following areas - Omni-Channel/ E-commerce, Internet of Things (IoT), Cognitive/ Machine Learning, Digital platforms (such as Social collaboration, community platforms), Digital Payment tech
- Secondary experience in one of the following areas - Mobile apps, solution architecture/design, Cloud computing, Digital marketing, Social media, Digital Tech strategy and implementation
- Exposure to at least 2 out of 6 sectors - Consumer Markets, Industrial Markets, Internet enabled businesses, Energy/ Natural Resources, Telecom, Healthcare/ Pharma
- Experience in developing all aspects of Digital Transformation including market analysis, requirements gathering, strategy, business case, target operating model, across a broad range of sectors
- Experience in writing business cases (qualitative and quantitative - CBA, RoI, Breakeven analysis, TCO) to support strategic decision making, process improvement initiatives, or IT transformation
- Experience in identifying and improving business value of IT and solution comparison
- Experience in client facing team oversight role (minimum 70% of total experience) and/ or solution architecture for client landscape
- Prior experience in handling senior stakeholders directly
- Strong understanding of latest technologies, emerging IT delivery models such as DevOps, Agile etc. and industry leading practices
- Strong understanding of models of co-execution of enterprise and digital technologies
- Certified in following Digital tech solutions/areas, such as
Magento/ Hybris/ Adobe / similar digital solutions
Internet of Things (IoT) (Microsoft, Cisco etc)
Cognitive/ Machine Learning (IBM, Google, Microsoft/similar)
Digital Marketing Tools
Enterprise Collaboration Products (Yammer, Workplace by Facebook, Chatter, Tibbr/ similar)
