INDIVIDUAL

- Candidate must possess experience in :

- Mergers and Acquisition/ Joint Venture/ Divesture

- Financial Modelling

- Bid Advisory

- Project Finance

- Project Appraisal Syndication

- Debt Syndication

- Debt Restructuring

- Valuation etc

- Sector Experience :

- Power

- Transportation (Roads, Highways, Airports, Ports etc)

- Excellent communication skills

- Well-groomed, polished, well versed in business etiquette to cast a good impression in public events, CXO interactions etc.

- Regular client interface

QUALIFICATION

- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (full time) - Reputed College or CA

- 3 to 12 yrs. of post qualification experience

SELECTION PROCESS

- HR round of Interview

- 1 Manager / Associate Director ( Case Study to be administered)

- 1 Director round of interview
