Location: Hyderabad / Chennai/ Delhi
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with client facing teams under the guidance of Manager / Senior Consultant from KPMG
- Will be responsible for carrying out analysis related to engagement requirements to support teams working on assignments ranging from conceptualization and implementation of business strategy to business planning, process re-engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
- Participate in preparation of proposals and commercial bids. Participate in preparation of points of view / intellectual property for the Management Consulting practice across domains and industrial sectors
- Effectively deliver tasks on projects as guided by the Associate Director / Manager - in design, development, delivery and assistance with implementation of business advise / solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives and which reflect best practice
- Consultant with 3 years+ MBA experience could be called upon to lead a module and guide Analysts and Associate Consultants.
- Is a Module Leader - can independently work on his/her area and present effectively to the client to secure buy-in
- High degree of curiosity and an ability to go-beyond the current/immediate brief
- High business awareness and general information of sectors/ solutions
- Attention to detail and ability structure arguments/ thoughts analytically
- Ownership of every deliverable which goes out from the person. No need for further QA.
- Effectively engage client counterpart in discussions related to the tasks / project delivery and provide new perspectives / insights
- Initiate the process for specialization in any one industrial sector or solution area so as to have an independent point of view on the selected sector / solution that serves as the foundation for client service
- Network to build professional relationships within and outside the Firm
- To actively engage in knowledge learning, sharing and storing
- To find avenues to learn and contribute to the firms standards of code of conduct, ethics and client satisfaction standards
- To firmly adhere to the firm's standards on ethics and values
- Focus on productive work i.e. getting it done.

THE INDIVIDUAL
- Technical skills to solve the problems of clients and have a complete understanding of KPMG- S services
- Ability to add value in complex analysis
- Ability to solve the problems to meet the needs of the clients by using a combination of intuition and analysis
- The ability to grasp and understand the key issues in a case
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-groomed, polished, well versed in business etiquette to cast a good impression in public events, CXO interactions etc.
- Regular client interface
- Business writing and presentation skills both oral and written that help to promote clarity and also present persuasive options
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal environment
- Ability to understand various industries and businesses
- Team worker along with an ability to lead teams
- Balance between strategic and operational focus
- Ability to Multi-task
QUALIFICATION
- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (full time) - Reputed College
- 2 to 4 yrs. of post qualification experience
