Consultant/ Sr. Consultant/ Manager - Business Consulting- C&O
Key Account Management (FMCG & Retail) :
a. Build relationship with Account Category Managers to drive sales
b. Develop joint business plan at an annual / quarter / monthly level in discussion with Account Category Manager, Deliver Volume, Value Business & Profitability against sales plan for the Chain
c. Execution of monthly promotion in alignment with Marketing and Category heads
d. Pre & post sales tracking & analysis of promotions effectiveness
e. Driving the TOT parameters with Chains to drive effective and sustainable growth
f. Work closely with Account Managers to drive higher sales and market share by expanding assortment, new store opening etc. Work closely with Supply chain team to improve OTIF
g. Working with Marketing Head for planning and execution of new Launches
h. Working with commercial teams for financial control at Chains (Collection, Accounts reconciliation, Settling of Claims at Chains and Channel Partners)
Relevant Experience : 3 - 8 years
