Role Expectations :
- Partner with IDE lead to drive the execution of the Firm's Inclusion, Diversity and Equity(IDE) strategy
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to plan and execute outcome-driven hiring campaigns for diverse talent, in particular, PwD, LGBTQ+ candidates and women professionals on a career break
- Evaluate and refine programs to further support the development of a diverse talent pipeline - Gender, People with Disabilities (PwD), LGBTQ+ and Defense Veterans
- Activate and energize ERGs (Employee Resource Groups such as Gender, Disability, LGBTQ etc.) to build a self-sustained networks with the aim to drive advocacy and inclusion of each of these dimensions
- Create a psychologically safe space for KGS colleagues and build a sense of community and belonging for diverse colleagues
- Organize general and specific sensitization sessions / workshops for colleagues, managers, TA, HR, Admin on various diversity dimensions to raise awareness and drive meaningful behavioral changes
- Partner with Communications team to create and deploy a robust internal and external comms plan to raise awareness on various IDE dimension and drive shifts in mindsets
- Participate in external benchmarking exercise and climate survey to get an external and internal perspective
Job Requirements :
Mandatory Skills :
- Post graduate, preferred - MBA/PGDM - HR/Training, with atleast 3 years of full time experience as an IDE professional
- Hands-on experience designing company policies like anti-discrimination and equal employer opportunity
- Proven, progressive experience and demonstrated effectiveness leading diversity and inclusion related initiatives and programs in India
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
- Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation/presentation
- Strong, operational, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be a team player, manage multiple projects and possess a strong knowledge of diversity metrics and analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
