- Generating leads, qualifying them and turning them into opportunities for sales.
- Conduct targeted business development activities to achieve account penetration
- Create or customize tailored proposals, presentations and other materials
- Liaise between the client and the technical team during discussion and proposal discussions
- Manage sales operations across pre-sales, sales and post-sales stages
- Collaborate with inter and Intradepartmental teams to cross-sell the learning solutions
- Do a market scan to understand competition, pricing and new areas of growth
- Establish relationships and rapport with client service teams and firm leadership
- To lead project independently
- Facilitate learning programs for junior mgt
- Project manage items that are necessary for the practice
- Able to design baseline solution for learning program based in instructional design philosophy/ learning consulting
THE INDIVIDUAL
- We are looking for an individual with ideally between 5-7 years post qualification experience
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and relationship development skills, in-depth understanding
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :
- MBA in HR or Post Graduate from a reputed institute
- Experience in selling learning / HR services to Corporates, Colleges/Institutes and Government clients
- Working Knowledge of Learning Discipline - Instructional Design, Learning Effectiveness, E-learnings, Learning Technology, etc.
- Effective communications skills both written and verbal for interface with Clients and co-workers
- Able to work in a team and Virtual environment
- Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, Excel skills required
- Proven track record of success in a solution-oriented, professional services environment. Work experience in a global consulting/advisory/ professional services firm
