Assistant Manager - Robotics Process Automation
Role Description :
- The position is an Assistant Manager in the Automation and Integration team of KGS Management Consulting. This Position will be required to work extensively on business process automation on RPA platforms in line with standard RPA principles and conventions for client engagements.
Key Area of Responsibilities :
- Should be adept with leading RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath and others to design, develop and deploy RPA products to global clients in collaboration with KPMG onshore teams.
- Understand the scope, build and design of the business process framework, As-Is business processes of the client and develop a project design to implement the To-Be processes.
- Able to lead the team in the creation, customization of automation solutions and support the continuous improvement process as per requirement updates.
- Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to clients by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and roll-out phases.
- Able to guide the change management process in supporting existing processes and implementing the updates as per change requirements.
- Work within project planning constraints, identify potential risks and issues and provide inputs to streamline the process.
- Document RPA configuration best practices and configure new RPA processes in a structured and adaptable way.
Education/Years of Experience :
- B.Tech with IT/Computer Science specialization or business degree.
- 7+ years of professional services experience particularly in automation/integration projects with more than 1 year experience as a team lead in the RPA work-space.
- C# and/or Java, html, css Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
- Strong experience in Cognitive software tools.
