Advisory - Deal Advisory, Valuations

Location - Gurgaon

Skills required:

- Good understanding of tangible assets valuation principles, approach & methodologies used for valuation of various asset categories

- Good working knowledge of real estate and/ or plant & machinery valuation

- Good understanding of accounting standards related to property, plant & equipment

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point

Responsibility:

- Responsible for valuation analysis of land, buildings and plant & machinery

- Responsible for compiling the supporting documentations related to various inputs used in valuation

- Performing site visit to the plant locations for inspection of assets, discussions with plant technical and finance team to collate required inputs for valuation analysis

- Write valuation reports and summarize analysis and conclusions

- To actively participate in compiling proposals/business development activities

- Responsible for managing the administrative requirements towards the engagement and ensuring that risk compliances are adhered to
