Job description -
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR with more than 3 years and last 3 years as HRBP
- Manage entire talent life cycle processes
- Design and execute Talent strategy, right structure aligned with business goals
- Act as a consultant to Management / leaders / Talent for creating key talent practices
