- Excellent domain knowledge in HR including all Program Management ( Compensation, PMS, Promotions, succession planning ) independently
- Business acumen to build interventions for higher growth, productivity
- Act as a location anchor too
- Lead HRBP team in providing support to business in entire talent life cycle from on-boarding till exit
- Designing and executing talent interventions (Retain, develop) in partnership with business leaders for superior performance.
