Salary offered: 15-18LPA
Role description :
- Lead a team of HRBPs for one of the fastest growing SBUs and act as a location anchor too- Providing support to business in entire talent lifecycle from on-boarding till exit.
- Designing and executing talent interventions ( Retain, develop ) in partnership with business leaders for superior performance.
- Ability to understand business goals and align HR objectives with the business and department objectives.
- Experience: 9 to 12 years in HR BP role with the handling of around 2000 employees
