Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Manager located in Jodhpur at Koye Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd.
- The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients in the region.
- Additionally, the Regional Manager will be involved in analyzing sales data, forecasting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Relationship Building skills.
- Market Research and Analysis abilities.
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and forecast targets.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
