JOB Purpose : Will assist in the following operations for HR Compliance & Employee Relations team
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with Branches, HR Ops and FMG team.
- Liasoning with required statutory authorities or as directed
- Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps
- Analysis of trends in Compliance and devise corresponding action plan.
- Audit of PF and other vendors on Statutory Compliance.
Employee Relations:
- Dealing with cases reported on employees, conduct investigations and closure with actions as per the Process laid down
- Assisting in analysis of cases and making trend charts and also possible policy corrections.
- Work independently on certain Disciplinary processes which are laid down and also do periodic checks to ensure employee risk mitigation.
- Assisting in investigations in certain cases as and when required.
Others:
- Assisting in documentation of all case and compliance documents (Disciplinary Action Sheet, relevant case study papers and/or opinions if required) for Audit Compliance.
- Creating MIS for reporting to Senior Management.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Practical and working knowledge of Labour Laws.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Should have handled Statutory compliance in previous organisation including Liasoning
- Should be energetic and solution oriented.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA in Labour Laws or Master in Social Service OR
- Graduate with experience in IR OR with experience in compliance
