- Engaging with Distributors (Independent Financial Advisors)/ and manage IFA sales
- Enlarge the scope of existing Distributor relationships and penetrate deeper into the Non-Active Distributors
- Achieve Maximum Market Share for allocated Distributors.
- Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill
- Understanding the Distribution Business model & mobilizing sales accordingly.
- Planning & executing activities/tie-ups to drive sales through the respective channel.
- Updating Distributors of financial markets, Mutual Fund product & services.
- Maintain superior sales support & services for higher market share.
Job Requirement :
- 6-7 years + of relevant sales experience
- Proven track record of client value creation
- Exemplary communication and client engagement skills
Educational qualifications: MBA
