- Administer & manage pvt banking business, sales, and performance.
- Identify new potential areas for expansion and accelerating its development.
- Managing and training the team as well as the distributers
- Plan, develop and implement business strategies for the overall growth of the area allocated & the distributors in that area, with the objective of improving sales and enabling business expansion
- Understanding the business model & mobilizing sales accordingly.
- Relationship management and brand building exercise that enhance visibility and goodwill.
- Planning & executing activities/tie-ups to drive sales through the respective channel.
- Enlarge the scope of existing relationships and penetrate deeper in the channel.
- Proactively cultivate new business and uncover sales opportunities within the geographic territory.
- Updating Distributors of financial markets, Mutual Fund product & services.
- Maintain superior sales support & services for higher market share.
Job Requirement:
- 6-7 years + of relevant sales experience
- Proven track record of client value creation
- Exemplary communication and client engagement skills
