Key Accountabilities
- Getting the relevant product approvals in place across channels
- Arranging regular con-calls / meetings for the Central & Sales team of distributors with the fund managers for market updates which also helps in pushing product empanelment
- Updating the product/research teams of these channels on existing products and new initiatives
- Doing Marketing activities with these channels which helps in brand building and top of mind recall
- Doing drives with these channels with relevant product ideas like SIPs / STPs / NFO etc
- Exclusive Fund tie-ups with the large Wealth Management outfits on equity and fixed income space
- Keeping our internal sales teams updated on what is the thought process/focus of these channels and hence giving direction on where to put their energies on
- Keeping track of competition strategies and pricing across the channels and reviewing ours on a real-time basis
- Ensuring higher market share across asset category AUMs
Years of experience will be around 6-7 years. Preferably from the Mutual Fund Industry.
