Brief description of the role:
- Responsible for overall manpower planning and ensuring manpower numbers are met against the budget
- Maintain overall recruitment source and cost mix
- Manage end to end employee life cycle - talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee development, attrition management
- Work on specific HR capability building projects as and when required.
- Act as a point of contact for all HR related concerns
- Implementing key HR initiatives and projects
- Serve as a resource for all team members by being available and accessible to discuss all human resources related issues.
Location: Guwahati
The desired candidate shall:
- Be able to communicate in Assamese
- Have 3-6 years’ experience in the HR function with fair depth in generalist practices.
- Have a full time post graduate degree (MBA or PGDBA ) in HR.
- Be willing to travel 6-8 days in a month across North East.
- Be willing to go all out and deliver in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
