Regional HR Manager - North (Handling part Gujarat also)
Location: Delhi
Travelling: 10-12 days in a month.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM full time from a premier institute Mandatory
Desired Work Experience: 2-6 yrs experience post MBA
Role Summary:
- Manage end to end employee life cycle – talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee development, attrition management
- Implementing key HR initiatives and projects
- Responsible for overall manpower planning and ensuring manpower numbers are met against the budget.
- Maintain overall recruitment source and cost mix.
- Act as a point of contact for all HR related concerns
