Regional HR Manager
Location: Delhi
Travelling: 12-15 days in a month. Should be willing to travel to UP, Punjab & Gujarat
Qualification: MBA/PGDM full time from a creditable institute Mandatory
Desired Work Experience: 1-4 yrs experience post MBA
Job Description:
- To work with line managers in developing suitable and cost effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- To provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the Human Resources function relating to recruitment and selection matters and associated terms and conditions.
- Interact with consultant for vacancies, share timely feedback and facilitate vendor payment.
- Undertake specific projects within the HR function as required.
- To promote the corporate values and culture of the organization through the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures and appropriate personal behavior.
- Induction & Training.
- Serve as a resource for all team members by being available and accessible to discuss all human resources related issues.
