- To drive and ensure business numbers providing major contribution to sales strategies
- Budgeting business plan and responsible for Profit & Loss of the division
- To plan head counts required, interview, recruit, training, counseling etc
- To ensure fair distribution of business targets to all down the line
- Frequent visit to dealers & locations for sourcing and disbursal ensuring smooth and transparent implementation, conceptualize & promote inventions of innovative products
- To maintain top of mind relation with vehicle dealers
- To push for functional synergies particularly with recovery
- To provide an environment full of energy, excitement, fairness & opportunities to grow and develop, mile-stones and structural levels for growth of down lines
- To address real-time crisis by reviewing the progress. Develop successors and bench strength
- To ensure timely execution & disposal of quality proposals by down the lines sales managers
- To ensure response to customer’s complains, UE reporting etc
- Experience of commercial vehicle business for at least 10 yrs
