Job Purpose:
Be part of the team building a digital payments platform, candidate needs to have a strong understanding of payments domain
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for developing the use cases for the Payment platform Domestic Payments (Person to merchants) & Person to merchants
2. Gather functional requirements and support rapid development for projects that will directly increase online acquisition through the bank agnostic payment platform
3. Conduct post project assessment and create recommendations in order to identify successful and unsuccessful product elements
4. Manage the partner relationships for Mobile app development & handle bank side for development of UI & UX of the application
5. Design flows for customer transaction flow
6. Perform User access testing for Launch of the Beta versions of the Payment application
7. Manage Internal stakeholders legal, compliance & marketing for product documentation and clearance
8. Develop a deep understanding of customer transaction behavior, identify gaps in core products functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for the same
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Should have working on Mobile Platform, work on the payments side is preferred
2. Experience in building consumer internet products
3. Excellent eye for end to end product & customer experience experience
4. Candidate with experience in e-Commerce /Online Product manager will be a plus
5. Experience in generating business via digital campaigns
6. Candidate with a high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world is best suited for this role
Qualification: MBA
Work experience: 2+ years of work experience will be preferred
Notice Period: candidates who can join in 30 days will be preferred
