Position summary:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing data-led technology projects (Data Engineering- ETL , BigData , Cloud , BI ).

Job Description:

- Do the Project Scope for all the New & ongoing Projects with Business team & check the feasibility of requirement.

- Understand the Business logic behind the Requirements.

- Have regular contact with all resources regarding queries during development of the projects.

- Attending regular Scrum call to address the queries with the help from Business.

- Project Governance to ensure delivery of the project as per decided timelines.

- Ensure adherence to project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.

- Internal testing for Developed KPIs

- UAT testing with Business Stakeholders

- After receiving UAT sign off, Production migration activities with the help from Internal IT team.

- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and management.

- Support & Maintenance

- Using problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking needs to identify data-related issues and propose solutions to team members to resolve tickets.

- Identification of Improvement areas

- ETL Pipeline improvements

Skills & Qualifications

- BE/BTech degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related Engineering field.

- 4-6 years of experience managing projects, preferably in the field of business intelligence, data analytics, or data warehousing

- Should have ability to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate it into technical specifications

- Should work with data engineers and other technical teams to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into NoSQL database

- Expert proficiency with computer technologies including Python, Linux, and OO Design with a focus on performance, re-usability, test automation and flexibility for customizations.

- Should be able to monitor the performance of systems, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize data models, queries, and ETL processes for improved efficiency and response time.

- Demonstrated development skills in a collaborative, team-oriented style.

- Experience in Agile Methodologies

- Knowledge of Capital Market a definite plus
