Kotak Cherry is hiring Product Manager - Team Lead

Job Role:

Product Building/Roadmap:

- Growth - Set the growth charter for the product including short and medium term goals.

- Collaboration - Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders and ensure targets are achieved.

- Ideation - Identify new product features which can enhance customer experience.

- Roadmap - Own the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery.

- Tech - Align with the tech team, ensure best in class solutions are created which are "first time right" and don't create any technical debt for future

Products Iterations and Improvements:

- Work closely with customer success to understand voice of customer and make sure that the roadmap delivers those needs.

- Engage with the customers and users to get constant feedback on how Kotak Cherry is solving their problems and incorporate this into the product features.

- Continuously understand and benchmark against competitors' offerings on features, quality,target segments, etc

- Ensure product roadmap incorporates emerging market trends and competitive offerings

Job Requirements:

- 8-10 years of product management experience

- Strong background and understanding of technology, software development and APIs

- Understanding of product-led growth

- Experience of mentoring or leading at least 2-3 Product Managers.
