Kotak Mahindra Bank - Team Leader - Operational Risk Management

Qualification: CA or MBA (Finance)

Industry: Only Banking (Specifically from Wholesale Banking)

Grade: Sr. VP (M8)

Experience: 15+ years

Domain Requirement:

- Good knowledge of Wholesale Banking Domain including processes of Credit, Trade and Cash Management Services.

- Ability to lead and conduct Operational Risk Executive Committee independently.

- Interaction with senior and top management to highlight and discuss key operational risks/issues emanating from various products and processes.

- Representing ORM in various internal Committees and Forums

- Deep knowledge of maintenance of Operational loss database and its corresponding linkage with other data points.

- Ability to conduct thematic reviews across the Wholesale Banking Domain basis directions from various Committees.

- Conducting Stress testing for Operational Risk Scenarios

- Review new product/product variant rollouts prior to launch and highlight operational risks associated as part of forward looking risk management

- Support the Business in designing/monitoring key risk indicators and RCSAs (Risk and Control Self assessments)

Job Requirements:

- Knowledge of power point & excel

- Ability to understand, interpret and manipulate large data sets

- CA or MBA with Certification in Operational risk or experience in control functions would be an advantage

- Good communication skills

- Should be able to independently carry out the task
