Talent Acquisition Manager - Centre of Excellence
We are seeking an experienced National Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Centre of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will be responsible for driving process standardization, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing talent market trends, providing training and development for our Talent Acquisition Relationship Managers (TA RMs), ensuring compliance with labor laws and ethical recruitment practices, managing recruitment technology and tools, and enhancing our employer branding efforts.
Responsibilities:
Adoption of Best Practices:
- Regularly analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Implement best practices to streamline and optimize talent acquisition processes
Process Standardization:
- Drive process standardization across the organization to ensure consistency and efficiency in recruitment
Recruitment Strategy:
- Define and track relevant KPIs and internal recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts
- Analyze talent market trends and benchmark competitor practices to support data-driven decision making
Training & Development
- Design and deliver training programs for TA RMs on sourcing, interviewing, internal processes, and tools
- Support TA RMs in acquiring relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) and certifications
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure that recruitment processes are aligned with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Implement ethical recruitment practices that are consistent with Kotak Mahindra Bank's vision and mission
Technology & Tools:
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to develop and implement changes to recruitment tools and systems
- Manage and optimize the utilization of existing tools such as ORC and AI candidate screening tool
Employer Branding:
- Manage KMBL's web and social media presence to attract top talent
- Communicate a consistent and attractive image of Kotak Mahindra Bank to all candidates
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and technologies
- Knowledge of labor laws and ethical recruitment practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for talent acquisition and employer branding
