Kotak Mahindra Bank - Security Operations Centre Lead

1. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Cyber Security with focus on Cyber Defense

2. Experience across various SOC domains like use case creation, incident management, threat hunting etc.

3. Solid understanding of cyber security, network security, end point security concepts

4. Must have experience in any one EDR and SOAR solution

5. Must have hands on experience with deployment, management of any one SIEM (Splunk preferred)

6. Must have experience in leading minimum 10 member SOC team

7. Must have experience in regulatory submission and governance tasks

8. Good communication and leadership skills are mandatory
