Kotak Mahindra Bank - Program Management Analyst

Role and Responsibilities:

1. We are seeking a PMO Analyst with Minimum 7 years of industry experience in which atleast 3-4 years of experience in Program Management, should be independently running medium scale programs in the Banking / ITES industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in one of the areas - Banking processes, regulatory requirements, compliance, and audit procedures. Exposure to information security will be an added advantage.

2. The PMO Analyst will be part of the PMO team responsible to front end the projects driven by IRM. Analyst will be required to work with all stake holders , vendors to track the progress of the projects and report to management weekly. Analyst is also responsible for setting up the logistics fro the ongoing programs . In addition PMO analyst will be responsible for publishing the IRM Dashboards for Security Hygiene. PMO analyst will support PMO lead to track and report the progress made on remediating RBI, CSAP, IA and other regulatory remediation actions.

Preferred Skills

- 5+ years of core experience Program Management, should be independently running medium scale programs in the Banking / ITES industry.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Added advantage - PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification
