- Marketing strategies include studying the market trends, tracking competition, incorporate learnings, referring to free or paid research, consumer buying behavior and inputs from Product Managers.

- The role also includes reading numbers, looking at past or existing data, and devising go-to-market strategy, product-wise, channel-wise, market-wise and medium-wise.

- The person will be required to spearhead research (primary, secondary, brand track, social media) to drive actionable insights for marketing communication across different cohorts & products on the basis of data.

- The person will also be a single point of contact managing all marquee marketing and related Awards- India or international.

- Working across the products, the person should be proactive about brand strategy approach. This role will also give an opportunity to work with all Marketing Portfolio Heads of the Bank as well as the Head of Marketing on a continuous basis.

- The person should have expertise in Digital Marketing to curate innovative ways different products can leverage the channel.

We are looking for Account Planners from reputed advertising agencies, or having a relevant experience in clients/companies managing agencies, handling brand, research, analytics and brand planning, positioning. The position will be reporting to VP, Head of Brand & ATL.

Must Have:

- Should have relevant experience of at least 4-10 years

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent people management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties

- 2 years full time MBA is a must.
