Job Role:
- Manage new/existing Products, for Travel cards
- Product Launches: Should have relevant experience
- Card Product setup: Should have relevant systems knowledge (May not be technical but set up domain knowledge)
- Work towards developing new/improved product offerings with an objective of acquiring new customers,
- Work towards improved customer experience and reduced cost/risk
- Digital Initiatives: Should have understanding of digital platforms and digital service delivery avenues
- Marketing and Sales Campaigns: Should have experience in driving these initiatives
Job Requirement:
- Engineers- / Business specialization degree preferred
- At least 6 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in Forex Travel cards or in other card products
- Demonstrated track record of successful results across previous work experiences
- Should be able to do Multi-tasking
- Data driven mind-set and excellent analytical skills including proficiency with key database queries and knowledge resources
- Strong communication skills (both live presentation and written) with customer service orientation
- Ability to take ownership of individual initiatives and drive to priority deliverables with limited day-to-day direction
- Ability to collaborate with, and learn from, colleagues across departments
- Project management skills and ability to take initiatives from conception to execution
- Hands on with MS Xls, word, power point, access etc
- Knowledge on VISA/MasterCard/RuPay/AMEX/Closed Loop products
- Strong knowledge of Product Development, Positioning, Strategy and Pricing
