Kotak Mahindra Bank - Product Manager - Debit Cards Segment=

- Responsible for product development, enhancements, modifications in the existing and new Debit Card Products

- Introduce New Retail Debit Cards, Business Debit Cards and management and driving of Business Debit Card and Retail Debit Cards

- Introduce New Fee/Paid based Debit Cards by evaluating customer's expectations and competition

- Managing various Debit Cards variants and the trends on debit cards spends, category, segment, type of txn etc to increase PoS spends on debit card base and also increasing the no. of transacting customers in close coordination with DC portfolio team

- Introducing new innovations in the Debit Cards / Payments

- Ensure actions, deliverables in time for full implementation of Debit Cards Strategy

- Data Analysis for insightful and actionables in line with the Debit Cards Strategy

- Responsible for conceptualization, development, implementation of various Debit Cards projects

- Regulatory Compliance for Debit Cards Product

- Market mapping in terms of latest trends, products, activities, best practices

- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for all matters related to the product lines

- Tracking the various income channels and commence drive to achieve business targets.
